Definitions

en
The Theodosian dynasty was a Roman family that rose to eminence in the waning days of the Roman Empire, including seven emperors related by blood, beginning with Theodosius I (379) to the mid-fifth century. Descendants to the house can be traced to Anicia Juliana (died 528) and her granddaughter, Proba, who married a consul of the Ostragothic Kingdom in 525.
