Balakros (Greek: Bάλακρoς), also Balacrus, the son of Nicanor, one of Alexander the Great's "Somatophylakes" (bodyguards),
was appointed satrap of Cilicia after the Battle of Issus, 333 BC.He succeeded to the last Achaemenid satrap of Cilicia, Arsames.
