Strategos in Cyzicus/Mysia during the reign of Traianus. His name appears on coins always in comibation with his title of Strategos. Leschhorn and LGPN read "Iulius" as nomen gentile and ΕΠ ΙΟΥΛ…, the authors of RPC III assume "Ulpius" and therefore read ΕΠΙ ΟΥΛ…. For the coins see F.
