the same person as Apellikon, the first magistrate in 60/59 BC [Thompson issue 103] (PA 1343, Thompson 1961, p. 551, LGPN
p. 41); but with good reasons Habicht distinguishes two persons, Apellikon, the elder (pp. 11-12) and Apellikon, the younger
